   Extremely awful experience. Went to celebrate an anniversary and it went terrible. No one acknowledged the occasion or even attempted to care. Was sat and ordered drinks right away. The drinks took well over 25 minutes to show up. During this time the waitress made no attempt to even come to the table and say anything. When the drinks finally showed up she said sorry they took a while and dropped them off. From that point on it seemed like she avoided us. A manager did come and comp the drinks which was nice but the issue remained with the lack of attention from the waitress. When she did come, she asked if we would like more bananas to which we said yes please. Several other people asked us if we wanted more bananas to which we said our waitress said she was bringing some. We regretted saying that because she never came back. The only time she did was to clear plates once she saw that a manager brought over our check. We frequent several fogos. This was our first and last time at the Naperville location. I can understand being busy with large parties but I feel that the experience and service should be equal for a party of two as it was for other large parties. The server left so much to be desired during our visit. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed that I picked this location to celebrate a very important milestone in life.

   I’ll get more detailed on yelp and google but this was bad. When you have your card on green and no gauchos don’t stop by for more than 10 minutes when the restaurant isn’t crowded. When you have to ask the server for clean plates, drink updates, that’s bad: It was more than disappointing. They need to call the Coral Gables location and ask for tips on how to run this operation.

   The service was terrible. We were there for 2 hours and they only came around with the meat 4 times. We asked for specific types of meat they said it will be right over they never came back. We will never be back. We will be going back to Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse they are amazing!

   Our server Cristian was the best. He was attentive to our needs. He made our wedding anniversary celebration with the kids extra special!

   It was a Christmas set together with past and present work friends. We were eight people and had a great table. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. It was a great time for all. Happy holidays.

   We had a reservation for 7:30 and although we were all there we didn’t get seated until 8:12 which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that everything was great, service ambiance and food.

   We have been coming to this location for a while. This is the first time we’ve ever been on a Saturday evening. The meat was all burnt and tasteless. There was a large holiday party going on so I’m sure that had something to with it. Every cut of meat was medium to medium well. As a person who will only eat rare to medium rare - this visit was less than satisfying. I’m terribly disappointed but we will come back. I know the party had something to to with the quality because as we were leaving- I saw the meat that was being served; was cooked the way it normally is

   Sooo good! 10/10 3rd time visiting Fogo De Chao always a great experience, cant wait to come back !! Danny was our server and he was so great!!
