   The branzino was very fresh and tasty. Our server forgot about our appetizer we ordered. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

   I believe that Fogo’s would be a great place to meet a friend I haven’t seen in 40 years and to also celebrate another friend’s birthday. We’ve been to the one in BH many times and service was impeccable. First there wasn’t enough cards for those who participated in the meal plan. Then the cards were placed at the seat of those who didn’t participate. I believe I received 5 offerings off of the indulgence plan. We were ignored and the servers didn’t know who had ordered what! Considering we went 2 hours before closing and the place wasn’t packed on a Sunday night. For 500.00 it was a rip off! I still left a 10% tip. No reason to treat people like we were treated! Who should I speak with about this?

   Good food. Wasn’t a fan of the lamb. Only really had a problem with the server. They don’t bring out much besides drinks so they cover more tables but I hardly got any refills of water or the $5 soft drink I paid for.

   Like usual we had an amazing time last night. The wife and I I believe he was a manager name. Henry came by our table and made sure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite restaurant for quality of food and service.! Cristiano was there as well. He’s also a very great manager. I believe he’s the general manager either way the whole team, including our server. Raquel was amazing. -Rocky & Rachel

   Best customer service and friendly service I’ve ever been to in my life. Especially the manager Erica who helped us with some of our issues. She was kind and courteous. Love the staff.

   My dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and cozy seating. The staff greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service throughout the meal, being attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks to Alfredo for his prompt service and attentive care! The food was delicious—each dish was cooked to perfection. The sides, mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas, were awesome. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I look forward to returning. My only complaint was that the price advertised on their website was $49, but they didn’t honor it and charged me $54 instead.
