   From the front desk to the bar to the servers, the staff was exceptional. The offerings were plentiful and delicious! Valet parking was quick and easy. If I have one complaint, it's that they list a chocolate cake dessert, which is actually a solid piece of chocolate mousse no cake. However delicious, it was a bit deceiving.

   Food is great but the service is even better!!! We ate Christmas dinner there and the service was wonderful. They were busy but very attentive, polite, warm and friendly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Fogo de Chão.

   First time at Fogo de Chao. Service was disappointing. We were a party of 5 adults with one child under 3. We weren’t greeted or brought water until 25 minutes after being seated. Then it took an extra 15 minutes to receive the child’s water in a plastic cup and straw. We also received the small round bread rolls which were very good. After we ordered our dinner choices, the meat servers never showed up until a new table server showed up to ask how everything was and if we had gotten everything we ordered. The salad bar had many choices and was very good, but some foods were not labeled so it was a little hard to figure out what the items were. Most of the meat was excellent, but the chicken was just ok. It was the best tasting lamb I’ve ever had. The wild caught sea bass was a little under cooked in the middle, but did come with its own side of asparagus. The other sides were disappointing and I’m guessing you don’t get a choice on these because we were not asked. We received two small plates of mashed potatoes and two small plates of grilled banana with some other fried item on the plates we couldn’t figure out what it was even after trying it. They did bring out a small plate of French fries, probably because we had a small child that we did not order from the menu for. It was Christmas and they were very busy so we will try them again with hopes of a better experience.

   Fogo is always a good time! Be ready to eat lots of meat but there are so many choices!

   Service was subpar, we got sat at a table by the window, we hardly ever got meat, despite literally begging them to come around. We complained twice and the waiter argued with us, so we just asked for the check and left. The salad bar was ok there are definitely more selections at other Brazilian places, overall I wasn’t impressed.

   We have eaten here several times and surprised how things went. Was seated at the farthest corner table in the restaurant, so the servers were not attentive to us. We had to try to get their attention. The gauchos were good coming around and when we asked for a specific type of meat, they brought it. Surprised that the hostess seated us where she did as I am handicapped and had to walk with a cane quite a way.

    We dinner last night at HB location. Michael our server was the best. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Alfredo also checked on us making sure everything was good.
