   The food bar quantity and quality are sharply reduced. They cover all the gaps with whole fruits and veggies which are not edible. The food on the bar was dry and aged. The quality was much lower than 6 months ago. The meats were fine. The wait for cocktails was no less than 20 minutes. Overall poorly managed facility. Weeks earlier, I groomed the plants out front which had weeds up to 4 feet tall. Hard to imagine the staff never noticed.

   Everything about our night here was amazing. I'm extremely impressed with service and how attentive and nice the staff was. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you Fogo de Chão for making this a wonderful experience! :)

   This was my second time in two weeks having lunch at the restaurant. Again, the service, the food, the martini were fabulous. I am a meat lover and this restaurant does not disappoint . I will return soon.

   We had a great dinner and the service was amazing. We had to wait almost an hour past our reservation time. But it was worth the wait.

   I’ve had fogo before and the food is always delicious. The only con of my last visit was that it was thanksgiving and the wait with a reservation was still about 45 minutes. Besides that given it was a holiday and they were extremely busy I enjoyed the food and service.

   Waited 50 minutes to be seated after arriving 10 minutes in advance of our time. The entire restuarant was overcrowded and the reception area was constantly clogged with 50+ (no exaggeration) of people either waiting for their table or trying to enter/exit the building. It was extremely difficult for those in wheelchairs and walking assistance. I was repeatedly told it would be just 10-15 minutes more when I checked in every 10-15 minutes . When seated, we were disappointed to find that all the meats were overcooked, the walk up food area was scattered, and the poor staff was rushing around desperately trying to plug holes in the sinking ship. It was clearly a case of overbooking reservationsn beyond capacity and management should've prepared for it and made measures to prevent it. All the people that I stood around with were also waiting 40-70 minutes past their scheduled reservation. Sadly, this happened to us before years ago for Christmas Eve and I had called the restaurant in advance to see if this issue was resolved and host assured me that it was. Apparently, it was not. I will never visit this Fogo de Chao again.

   I typically love Fogo so I'm willing to chalk this up as an off night. We went on Thanksgiving. I assumed they'd limit the number of reservations to ensure a great experience for everyone... nope. It was a mad house. We arrived at 5:07 for a 5:15 reservation. We were seated after 6. Once at the table, the waitstaff was helpful and attentive, but several cuts of meat were overcooked. We also never even saw the turkey and gravy that were advertised. I was grateful to be with family and loved not having to cook or clean up but the experience of dealing with disappointed customers, dry overcooked meat, and then being overcharged probably wasn't worth it.

   The food was really good, and the carvers serve fast, but unfortunately, the hostess assigned to our table was inattentive. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

    We celebrated a special birthday here, and the food, ambiance, and staff did not disappoint. Make sure you come with a hearty appetite. This place is a wonderful addition to the restaurant selection at Bay Street. Look no further. If you're a meat eater, don't hesitate to make your reservation today.
