   Overall, our experience at Fogo de Chão was mixed. While the food was good, as Brazilians, we were a bit disappointed that not all the traditional cuts of Brazilian meats we expected were available. The ambiance, unfortunately, detracted from the meal—it was overly crowded, with servers frequently bumping into us and our guests. Adding to the confusion, we were assisted by four different servers throughout the evening, making it unclear who to turn to when we needed help. Despite noting specific seating preferences when making the reservation, we were placed near a service station. This resulted in our guest being exposed to constant loud noises from dishes, conversations, and general service activity, making the experience far from ideal. Moreover, no one checked in on us during the meal, suggesting that the reservation notes were either ignored or overlooked. Service felt chaotic and disorganized, which made an otherwise promising evening fall short.

   We had a wonderful time celebrating a couple birthdays for me and my teenage son!! Charmine, our waitress was amazing! She did a masterful job of serving us!! Thank you Fogo for making my birthday super special!

   Misgel was our server and his service was incredible! Came to celebrate our anniversary, and we will most definitely be back. The market bar was fresh and constantly refreshed, and the meat was to die for! We did not try every cut, but what we had lived up to expectations and the price.

   I made a reservation for a birthday of my nephew. When we got there, the place was closed and a note on the door said that they have kitchen issues. I would have at least expected them to call me and tell me that the place is closed rather than let me drive there with the entire party. When I went online, it was still showing as having availability although they were closed!

   It was busy, as expected, since it was Thanksgiving dinner. The servers were all great but it took a while to get certain cuts of meat and desserts to the table. Food was fantastic as always.

   It was a very nice lunch, we all enjoyed it. Although some of the food item was not as good as before, I.e. the baguette was not fresh.
