   Everyone is so amazing. Ashley, Steven to Ava and Staci and The Bartender (not sure of name) and always the Infamous Bruno. Simply Love this establishment. The service is nothing short of spectacular and the Food is top notch, never disappointed. Will ALWAYS have Our Dates and random outings at Fogo in Bridgewater.

   Overpacked restaurant. We had a reservation, but have to wait additional 15 min to be seated. Ask waiter for salt - got it in the end of dinner after reminding him. Buffet is good. Most of Churassco meat is very rare. Great pork chops

   We dined last night, a party of 9, for my husband’s 40th birthday. While the food was actually great (fresh, hot, plentiful, delicious) the service was less than good. Our server was delightful, but there were so many issues throughout the evening that I can’t simply let it go. First, my dad’s water glass had a giant chip in it- he almost cut his mouth. They didn’t even apologize when we pointed it out- just removed the glass and replaced. Then, my father in law ordered a Dewars for his cocktail, and his drink didn’t come out. After waiting a bit longer (everyone else received their drinks without issue) we asked, and the server went to find out from the bar… turns out they were out of it. So he asked what scotch they had, and she rattled off a list of blended scotch/whiskeys. Not the same thing. Either way, he ordered and received his drink- not a huge deal. Dinner itself was good. Food was plentiful and when we asked for a meat, they made sure to bring it. HOWEVER, the biggest miss for us was that it was my husband’s birthday, and despite writing it in the reservation, AND telling a staff member immediately after we ordered our desserts, there was no candle and no extra effort to celebrate. No acknowledgment at all. This was disappointing for everyone, especially our daughters who really wanted to help their dad blow out a candle. Considering how much money we spent, this was a huge miss. Then, the bill took forever to come. After almost 20 minutes, my husband asked for it when we went to find the bathroom. It’s hard to justify coming back at their prices and lack of care for a table like ours.

   Waited 5 minutes at the reception for someone to come by despite many staff members standing around. It was late afternoon. Start of a scene of inconsistency. Had the traditional Brazilian steakhouse meal. Meats were served in bunches. Sometimes cold and often tasteless. No consistent wait staff either. Have had better Brazilian steakhouse meals. Won’t go back.

   Reserved a table but it seemed they put us on a makeshift table next to normal seating as an overflow measure. I understand the need to do this at times but to give this low level of seating to those who reserved seemed in poor taste. Otherwise service and food was great besides a super teeny lobster tail. Would come again only on a quiet day to avoid the overflow seating.

   Meat quality is very bad, services are poor. Do not provide meat to customer. Salad table looks horrible, not fresh at all. Not enough servers to service. It takes long time to bring a low quality meat to customer. This is the worst restaurant that I have visited. It is really hard believe to charge so high, and I do not anyone visit here only once and will not be back.

   I have never been so disappointed they had no bloodie Mary’s on a Sunday .. really maybe they should take it off the menu since they apparently haven’t had it for 3 weeks .. very sad -

   It was our first experience at this restaurant and it was worth every penny. Loved the Market table. There was so much food that it was impossible to taste everything. Only suggestion - meats were a little charred and the single churrasco experience could do well with 2 different cuts of the meat selected. It gets boring after a couple of times. Overall servers were very nice and attentive. It’s a 4/5 for me and my family.

   I was very disappointed with the service tonight at Fogo de Chao. We were a party of 6.5. We had a reservation and were seated pretty quickly. However, the service was so bad. We must have sat at our table for at least 20-25 mins before someone finally came over, and this is after we had to signal for someone from the wait staff to come over and take our order. Once the waiter finally arrived, he asked us "what can I do for you"? Huh? Wasn't he supposed to give us the whole "run down" on how things worked there???!!! He didn't offer up any information. Didn't ask if it was our first time at the restaurant, didn't explain how things worked, etc. so we proceeded to give our drink orders and our menu selections, which was the rodizio. It took forever for our drinks to come. The meats were good not great. very salty. It took forever for us to get sides -- we had to ask. It took forever for the wait staff to come to our table with the meats, we needed a highchair for my 2-year-old granddaughter. It was just a mess!!!!!!! The waiter hardly ever came over to check on us, no water refills. didn't ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. . .there was a huge lull before we finally had had it and asked for the check. We pride ourselves in giving great tips but not tonight. . . our bill total was $445. . .we did not and refused to leave not anywhere near the 18% gratuity. I doubt very seriously if we will ever return!! Our first experience was great -- we loved it. . .the second go round -- not even close for the hefty bill. the service sucked. I mean really sucked!!!

    Just attended a wine tasting, very pricy and not worth it, the timing of the servings food and wine were not coordinated, their timing serving the food was very poor. Will not attend any other wine tastings, the food was great.
