   Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to eat here even tho we booked reservations 2 months ahead. When we arrived there was a Line out the door. When I checked in, all she said was they’ll text us when our table was ready. Our reservation was at 745. We left at 8 20 and got a txt at 843 that our table was ready. I don’t understand the point of having and making reservations only to not have a table reserved. Very unprofessional and embarrassing especially since this was a birthday dinner for my spouse.

   My only complaint would be is if I make a reservation for 7pm. I want to be seated by 7pm. Not an hour later. Other than that, everything was wonderful, right down to the proposal

   We had reservations for 6:30pm. The host said we would receive a text when our table would be ready. After waiting for an hour, I went back to the host to check the status of our table. She said we are the next to be seated. It was 8pm and still no text and no one came by. It is absolutely pointless but if you make reservations here, be prepared to wait for an hour or more still.

   Went to this FdC last night with my family. We were all in town to celebrate the holidays and this was to be our special night out. We checked in 15 minutes early for a 6 p.m. reservation booked 6 weeks ago. I went straight to the ladies room where there was no soap and no toilet seat covers. After waiting 45 mins, my son asked the hostess when we might be seated and she said we were the next table of 6. So, we waited another 15 before I approached the hostess to request an update, and she told me there was another party of six ahead of me and then we would be seated. By this time the waiting area was jammed with parties waiting to be seated. We waited another 1/2 hour at which point (the manager?) started circulating with a tray of cheese because EVERYONE was beginning to get hangry. It was still another 45 mins (7:45) before we were finally seated. Once seated, the meats came around fairly regularly but we never did get brisket which we asked for. I ordered salmon which comes with asparagus; it was tough and cold. Our waiter had to be reminded before our drinks from the bar were delivered. As we were leaving, I went to use the restroom again and it still had not been tended to. Overall, this experience was a true disappointment and I do not understand how the reservation booking system allowed them to be so completely overbooked and I’m not sure if I would ever try this restaurant again.

   Waited almost a hour for our table after we checked in for our reservation, other than that food was amazing server was so polite and nice

   I’ve dined here 4-5x. I love the protein variety. Table side service is good. Salad bar disappointing …. No shrimp nor seafood? Didn’t feel like I got my bang for the Buck on this most recent visit. Our poor waitress couldn’t be heard over the loud music as she was trying to explain the menu. Salad bar was difficult to navigate… too crowded, everyone going in opposite directions…..

The food was amazing, especially the wide variety of perfectly cooked meats. I had more than my fair share and enjoyed every bite!    The salad bar wasn’t very well presented and the cold cuts where being replenished by hand (with gloves but I think the proper utensils are more adécuate) The trays where the rice and beans are where almost empty and at room temperature at the most The meat carvers gave only four rounds and one with the same New York strip - I asked for chicken and lamb and never came The wine took forever to be served - almost 15 minutes to bring the bottle I had ordered and the waiter didn’t know anything about wines - I ordered one of the most expensive Bodega Nicolás Catena Zapata - I think they should know that whoever orders such wine it’s going to be a good client Besides they where hurrying us with the check they brought it twice before we had even ordered dessert Never offered us coffee or after dinner drinks I stopped going for years for the same reason and now that I gave it a try it came to worst

    Overall not very impressed we came here to celebrate wife’s birthday and it was never acknowledged even though stayed in reservation and to host. Waited for multiple meat choices and they never came even after asking a few times as we randomly seen someone walk by. Was excited to try this restaurant and left very underwhelmed. Feel service and communication is very lacking at this location. No manger table Check . Seemed like all employees could care less about our experience. Disappointed.
