   Non attentive waiter n staff. I spoke to them about my fiancé allergies to pork and only requested meat for her to be well done cooked. Needless to say that request was met with criticism and was totally ignored. I thought this “first experience” for her would be something to remember and unfortunately it gave her a horrible experience and she didn’t get any food till the end of the meal. No apology or remorse was given. Bad experience overall.

   Great variety! We did our best to try everything and loved about 90% of it (and I’m very picky). The staff was super friendly! But maybe a bit intrusive as we were offered “extras” too often. It was honestly kind of awkward to keep turning them down. We nearly bumped into staff several times due to their close proximity. Once, someone was bringing meat around with a large knife and it got a bit too close for comfort to my husband. The price for wine wasn’t really worth the small amount, but the price for our food was pretty reasonable for what you get. We’re overall satisfied with our experience.

   Fogo has ALWAYS been one of our favorite restaurants to go. Everything was exceptional.

   We’ve been here before but today the food was tasting like it was reheated and the waiters took really long to reach our tables. I know they’ve been busy due to TMEA but the service was really bad this time around

   Actually one of the worst fogo experiences I’ve had ever. I’ve been coming to fogo every year for my birthday which happens to fall on a holiday. Never have they not taken my birthday coupon nor denied me my complimentary dessert. Both of these happened. On top of that, our waiter dropped the bottle cap into the sparking water and wasted half of it and still charged us for the entire bottle and they messed up the dessert after they said they could give it to me by saying happy anniversary instead of happy birthday. I’ve spent the last 6-8 years spent at fogo and will no longer continue to do so after this experience.

   The food was great. The servers were excellent. There was always somebody around asking if we were OK or if we needed anything. Customer service was definitely a top priority for this restaurant.

   Food was cooked perfectly with lots to choose from and we never waited more than 30 seconds (literally) from the time we turned our card over for some meat before different meats were arriving at our table to choose from. The service was outstanding and everyone was friendly and cheerful. They all helped each other out so that everyone was taken care of quickly at all times. The price was really good considering what all we ate. We would definitely be going back and highly recommended it ..

   The food was very good and kept coming as long as we could keep eating it. The sides are decent though not amazing, but since we go to eat meat and don’t care as much about the sides, we were fine with it. Our server, Medea, was really fantastic and helped it a great night for us!

    Surprised at the meat service for the first time ever. Very slow to our section. After mentioning it several times, it got better. Still a fine experience. Food was delicious as always.
