   Just finished eating at Fogo De Chao. Our reservation was at 9:15. We arrived there at 9:12, but our table was not ready. We got seated at 9:40, but the table was very tight and in the middle of the way. It was squeezed between the other tables right behind the salad bar and the very long line for the bar. Very uncomfortable to sit there. I complained to the hostess and she was super rude and said that I have to wait around 30 more minutes if I want to change the table. After all we stayed at the same table. We told the waiter that we don’t eat pork and most of the food we got was pork and bacon. We wanted fillet mignon and lamp chops. We asked more than 5 times to get them but after the long wait We received 2 pieces of fillet for the whole table of 8. All the meat we got was cold. Only at the end we got one type of meat that was hot. The salad bar was almost out of food and many plates were almost empty. Very disappointed Will Never go there again

   With it being an extremely busy night for Valentine's Day, you would expect a dip in service, but everyone was on top of everything from the service to the food. Thanks for a great night!

   We were here for Valentine’s Day and it was less than its usual excellence. It was obviously busy for the evening but far too busy. Nearly the entire parking lot was reserved for valet parking forcing you to pay for a spot that is usually free. The line for the salad bar was very long and several items were out, the noise level was very high to the point it was difficult to have a conversation, it was obvious they were having trouble keeping up with the demand as there was a long wait for different items to be offered at the table. Pacanha (which we love) was offered multiple times but other cuts were never offered. Servers were working hard but were spread too thin as it took a bit too long to get their attention. We do love Fogo but I don’t think I’ll ever go back for Valentines Day.

   It was so bad I actually wanted to leave. Wait staff is awful and biased. 3 good meats out of their 16 cuts. Couldn’t find a waiter if I was drowning in front of them. Get it together for your price point. If I could curse in this review, I would. Lock in

   I had a reservation at 8:30 we arrived 10 minutes early. We didn’t get to our table until 9:05 pm.

   We had a great experience and the food was exceptional. A highlight for us what the gaucha named Lady who was so kind to us and made us feel so welcome. Most of the gauchos are polite but Lady was above and beyond. She was so thoughtful and made us feel like a friend was coming by to serve us every time she brought the picahna to us. She’s awesome!

    The “service” at this location was awful. The wait staff was less than professional & it pained me to leave even a 10% tip. -No water poured for at least 20 minutes after being seated & we nearly had to plead for the drinks to be delivered to the table. -The server argued with my guest about whether or not he had ordered a drink. - The server just had a terrible attitude overall
