Service was terrible. Ask for salt and pepper never did get it never got drink refills. All the steaks were rare

Our server did not understand English and could not get our order right for drinks and we had to ask other servers to help out even tip them to help us as they were busy with other tables. It was a business dinner with clients and frankly a disaster.

Paid for the total experience and didn’t receive lamb chops, filet and the ribs that was quoted on the menu. Very disappointed after spending that type of money.

Our server was great. It’s a shame he was the only server for the event. Due to this he was not able to shine. Placing the event in the hall section in the bar instead of the back dinning room was a poor decision by management. The lack of table service really reduced the quality of this event. We have been to many previous events, but this might be our last.
