   Service was nonexistent. Waited 10 mins for clean plates. Finally went to the salad bar and grabbed plates for my entire family so we could eat. Had to literally go find a server to bring us water as well. The service here is inexcusable for the price. They weren’t even busy just no one doing much of anything. I feel I should have tipped myself as I did the majority of the work. It was my son’s 12th birthday we were celebrating too. Will certainly be going somewhere else next year. The last few times I’ve dined here it’s been pretty much the same. They don’t seem to care much anymore. I wouldn’t waste my time here again go somewhere that appreciates their customers and are attentive to them.

   Honestly, great service we came out with a party of 6 and all of us had a great time service was awesome! Would come out again for sure!

   I think the overall presentation was great, and I enjoyed the options available. All the chicken dishes I had were dry. Good flavor but dry. I also wish they had more hot sides.

   To start I believe Fogo de Chao needs to reevaluate how they handle the holidays if you’re going to be open. Firstly reservations, you have people awaiting for their tables and there isn’t much of a waiting area, the bar great idea! However! There is not enough bar staff to accommodate the people waiting for a table and it was very slow. If you’re going to provide a bar for people waiting, make it easier for them to get a drink while waiting! More staff there! Very disappointed this year in the quality of meat! Last year the meats were amazing this year not so much! Super fatty and less quality. The prices went up but the quality of meat went down. The service was less than good. We were sat and had to ask for plates numerous times, eventually we gave up and just grabbed them from the salad bar. When we needed fresh plates we had to ask again for them, the waitress was at the table two times! To ask us a drink order and for the bill that was it! That wasn’t acceptable. Your customers pay very good money for this and it wasn’t a very good experience this year. For what you pay, the service should be better and the quality of meat should be so much better

   Service not the best. Some kinds of the meat didn't even arrive by our table. Mash potatoes were cold. Not impressed. Next time will different restaurant.

   Made a reservation and arrived a few minutes early. It was packed. We had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The servers were fast and we were getting table side service immediately. The salad bar was clean, organized, and well stocked. Our table was next to a station and our waitress spent a lot of time there chit chatting and other staff got us water and bread while she was off socializing. Other than the initial wait and needing to ask other staff members for water or the check, it was a good experience.

   The place was beautiful, the environment was lively. The food was good. The service was hit or miss. Our server took a break during our dinner so we had no server for a long time and were left looking for someone to help with refills and drink orders. This was a holiday so I was thankful for everyone working and didn’t want to complain as this didn’t make or break our experience. We were still very thankful for the food and the staff. We ordered the wagyu ribeye and it was choice.

    Went for thanksgiving lunch. Very crowded but the food was good and the servers were attentive.
