   It was Christmas Day and they were full with reservations and running significantly behind. Most seemed to be waiting an hour even with a reservation. Part of the problem seemed to be that a table for 10 set empty until a party of ten came up to fill it. The meal was less than the full menu (and that was made clear in advance) due to the crowd. The food was good and service was quick once we sat down.

   Waited 30 minutes for a table. There was an 8-top open for over an hour and they still would not seat a table of 5. No reason to make people wait when tables are open for a “later” reservation. Probably going to find a new place for Christmas dinner next year. I understand the holidays are always busy but there is no reason to make larger groups wait when there are tables open.

   Sure! Here's a polished version of your restaurant review: We visited Fogo de Chão on Christmas with my family, and it was an incredible experience! Although we were scheduled for 2 PM and got seated around 2:40, I completely understood—it was a busy day, and the staff handled it well. Once seated, our server Sean was exceptionally attentive and kind, making us feel very welcome. This was my parents’ and my first time at Fogo de Chão, and it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was absolutely delicious—the meats were perfectly cooked, the salad bar had a fantastic variety, the drinks were refreshing, and the desserts were the perfect ending to the meal. It’s a solid 10 out of 10 from me! I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

   Visiting Fogo De Chao on Christmas Eve has been a family tradition for our family for a few years now. We always enjoy it and the staff is always kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

   Very disappointing. Not our first visit but it was for a birthday dinner and it wasn’t crowded. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy but our server brought water, asked if it was our first time and left. We got salad, waited for our cards for meat and finally asked for them, he didn’t bring plates. We put our salad plates on an empty unbussed table and got our own plates for meat. He’d brought potatoes while we were having salad and they were cold. We’d asked for wine - finally flagged another server who brought it. Asked for more sides and waited 10 minutes - he only remembered when we asked again. It wasn’t crowded but just an all around disappointing experience. Meat was good but for the price, it was very underwhelming. He finally offered a dessert menu - having forgotten it was for a birthday. We ordered the brigadeiro cake which took another 10 minutes but was delicious. When we asked for a box for it, it took forever and wasn’t even the same server we’d started with. No one thanked us for coming or anything - completely disappointed.

    Reservation for 7:45. Didn’t get sat until close To 8:30 pm. Very crowded and noisy waiting for table. Bar was understaffed - waited 15 minutes to order drinks and bartender seemed very angry - not friendly at all. Poor service for dinner too- we had a large party and they had us packed in like sardines and the chefs with the meat would just stop at corners of table. Those of us in the middle kept getting skipped. They would say they would come back but never would. Kept getting different cuts of sirloin. They asked what else we would like - we requested filet but they never brought any. Also never brought lemons for water that were requested. Not worth the $62 per person.
