   The service was so bad today. Never saw our server. Ordered wine that never showed up. No water service. Dirty plates stacked up on our table. Had to ask someone else for our check.

   I reserved a table for birthday party at 8:00. But I got seated at 9 outside not even inside. It was no point of making reservations.

   While we understand understaffing cannot be helped sometimes and those who were there were working hard, but it did make for a less than wonderful birthday dinner for our party. Dirty plates were not cleared and clean plates were never brought, drinks were very slow to arrive, as was the bill and my credit card was gone for quite a while. There did not seem to be any management around- The food was all quite good and it was very full and hard to have a conversation without almost yelling. Interesting concept, but won’t be in a hurry to return.

   Had a blast the only thing they did nothing for birthday even though we did put that we have two birthdays on the notes

   First of all, be prepared to be seated after 20-30 minutes after you booked time. We had booked at 8pm, and was seated at 8:30pm. Noise level is load, I personally don’t care, maybe it will be helpful for someone. Waiter didn’t care about us at all, I went to the counter to ask manger to get a bill.

   Poor service. We sat next to the bar area, did a reservation for 2 for our anniversary. Reservation at 7:15, seated at 7:21, drinks received 25 minutes later. Bartenders weee getting slammed, but will say they were knocking it out of the park. The servers, not so much. Drink would be ready at the bar probably 5-10 minutes after ordering, would take another 10 minutes for the server to make her way back over to our table, to ask how things were, then realized we didn’t have drinks. After 40 minutes of sitting there we received 3 pieces of meat. Cool, for $71 a plate we get to have 3 pieces of meat… I watched servers come to our area 9 times and turn away because of the crowded bar area and not being able to reach our tables (3 tables for 2 people) turn away. Finally the bartender gal asked if the food was good, we said what food, that seemed to get us some attention and we finally got some delicious meats! The food was good, once it came. I get it, it was a busy Friday night, everyone seemed to be busting their behinds and were always moving with a purpose, just not our server. At 8:32 we received a desert menu and ordered a crème brule and an Irish coffee. 30 minutes later ther creme brule was delivered along with the check. The server came back 5 minutes later and decided to clean our excess dishes and glasses away, awesome, first time we had seen her all night twice in a 20 minute span. As she was cleaning she reached across the table to collect the check. We hadn’t finished eating, I still hadn’t received my drink that was sitting at the bar 3 feet away. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked the bartender if that was an Irish coffee and if I could take it, he kindly replied “yes, of course sir please enjoy”. Server never came back to verify that I received my drink. I don’t normally complain, but I don’t normally get to have a night out with my wife without the kid. In our eyes, we wasted our time.    We had 45 minutes to dine at this location after a movie. Service was disappointing. We asked 3 servers for pineapple to be cut into slices yet they were not. We did not get to taste all the meats. Last serving of filet mignon was overcooked. We love dining at Fogo de Chao in general but this time was disappointing for us.

    Nice experience but to slow to bring meats around we were there a hour and they only brought us 3 meats once
