We come here often. And I thought was resolved but I’m really tired of being made to feel embarrassed when I ask for the bariatric surgery discount (and show my card). Food is good but the service was awful after I told server that I was now really uncomfortable when he told me he never heard of this policy. As a result I did not enjoy my dinner. And let’s just say I didn’t eat because of that. And was charged. Yeah. Done with yall

Often times we forget about Hostesses and the Front End Manager, and I must take the time and say they were on point. Very welcoming and friendly to all. I wish I could say the same for rest of the staff - they all seem to be tired, non responsive, lacked follow up and wait time for food was unreal. When they would finally bring meat around it was the meat. When we realized it was taking such a long time for them to come back we asked for extra and guy just walked away. The sides we received were overcooked (dried out and mushy). It was not crowded at all. I watched tables go unclean which I know delayed some sittings. I must say I was disappointed - not my first visit at all. It’s been my go to for celebrations and fun time but after the last 4 visits I doubt I will return.

Service was very disappointing. Water was not refilled timely, water handed two clean plates in one hand and hand over two plates in one hand,expecting customers to pick up from his hand. Food variety is also limited. Some of the lamb even have strong fish smell, very disgusting.

Non attentive service. Long wait between different cuts of meat being brought over to the table. Limited number of meat choices brought to the table we will not be returning.

I had high expectations but unfortunately our experience was not good. I had called the day before and asked a few questions about booking a lunch reservation on NYE because I have a 15 yr old that does not eat a lot so we preferred to bring her during lunch since the price is less. The host neglected to mention that on NYE they would only be serving dinner pricing for the entire day. Our server seemed inexperienced and short with us. We waited at least 20 minutes for 2 wines after inquiring two times about the wait. The servers bringing the meat out continuously turned left out of the kitchen so by the time the meat skewers got to our table they were empty or cold. I am a vegetarian so I ordered the cauliflower steak meal ($39). It was very disappointing. The cauliflower was over seasoned (extremely salty) and only warm. In addition the vegetables that accompany the cauliflower are all found on the salad buffet. A manager did stop by our table and said she would take the meal off our bill. Unfortunately, it never happened so I had to inquire. I had heard such wonderful reviews about Fogo de Chao so it was disappointing to have this experience especially on NYE.

Overrated, but I didn’t expect much else. I really don’t understand the hype, and likely won’t be back. Way too many other restaurants with better food, service and value. I don’t mind paying for a good meal, this was not it.

Es una experiencia espectacular los misioneros el Manager la Hostes los que limpiaban la mesa todo excelente la comida el servicio de mi mamá estaba de cumpleaños y nos hicieron pasar la mejor velada de nuestras vidas un 10 de 10 es más ni siquiera un 10 de 10 un 100 de 10 una de las experiencias más lindas que hemos tenido gracias a todo su equipo por su profesionalidad por su amabilidad por su sonrisa por su respeto sin importar que éramos latinos porque muchos de los lugares Nos desprecian pero aquí nos sentimos como reyes el trabajo que hicieron es excelente
