Usually have great service but last night did not impress. Took a long time to get water, then cocktails as well as the bill. Salad bar is terrific but some of the meat did not meet expectations. No it sure I’ll return for the “Entire Experience” again.

The service was extremely slow. We were half way done with our meal by the time our wine arrived and other drinks were very slow to get to the table. We ordered dessert and it took about 30 minutes to get it. They ended up taking off a couple of them and drinks to help make up for it. The food was good, they were just very busy and crowded.

Our server was very unfriendly . Normally the the staff is very friendly and attentive. We did not see any of our wait staff for 40 minutes and finally had to ask for the check. Fogo is not what it once was and we will not be returning.

Dined here with a friend for lunch and in spite of it being packed with company holiday parties, the service was fantastic and the market bar replenished regularly! A shout-out to JP who made our dining experience all that more special!

Wonderful! My mother, her wife and my boyfriend loved it! My boyfriend and I come here all the time so having my family experience the lovely staff and food really made the evening even more wonderful!

1st time getting bad service. I was allowed to change reservations online & didn't let me know $39 special was over for my birthday. Waiters & waitress kept passing me & not acknowledging me sitting at table. 1st mashed potatoes was salty, 2nd was better. Never will I go on a Friday again & I like the Sunday crew better & manager. Thanks Fogo De Chao
