   For thanksgiving we made reservations @ 6:30pm however we did not get seated until 7:45pm. The con we had reservations and it meant nothing, there are also people with no reservation, there not enough room for all of the people waiting to get seated so we all stood, they told us that they would text but they hollered our name so had we went somewhere to wait we wouldn't if heard tour name holler out, last when they sat us the waitress forgot plates over 15mins it took a while to get her back to ask for them as well as the complimentary side mashed potatoes that came right before dessert and drinks were never ask for refills; sorry the water guys was super attentive but didn't understand english well enough to get the waitress. Pros: They asked for forgiveness for the wait time, they brought food out in the lobby to try among the other 40 or so people waiting to get seated they also brought free drinks and when they sat us down they were swift with services in the beginning. Go it's good, don't make reservations and be ready to wait standing up.

   Always love Fogo for Thanksgiving! 🦃 🦃 🦃 I would suggest, if you like rare steak, to ask when it will come around, because, eventually, it will.

   They do not understand the concept of a reservation waited for 40 mins after our reservation time before we just left and went to another restaurant.

   Waited 45 minutes when we had a reservation. Staff will tell you just 15 minutes and then tell you there are two tables ahead of you. I saw about 12 tables get seated before me. If they told me the truth we would have left and wish we did. Restaurant was completely disorganized. We kept being told things would be brought to us and were not, had to repeat several orders. we were there for three hours... Food was excellent however as well as drinks, but it's not worth the hassle in my opinion. I heard the other location just outside of Denver runs just fine, so not sure what the deal is with the Denver location. Manager was clueless as well. This restaurant has no regard for reservations and should end that immediately, just make it first come first serve and stop lying to your customers.

   We waited 45 mins to be sat even though we arrived on time for our 5:45 reservation. Took almost 30 mins for drinks to be delivered once we ordered at the table. Food was great, but between the wait for a table and slowness of service, we were very disappointed.

    There were dogs allowed in the restaurant and we were sat next to these people. Emotional support animals are not allowed inside per city and state law and it’s a wonder what other laws this restaurant allows to be broken
