Our server was horrible! She was inattentive and aloof. She ruined my birthday dinner. A manager only offered me a free drink to compensate for the poor service. This will be the last time I visit the North Bethesda location. We have always had great service at the Baltimore location.

We really love visiting Fogo de Chao but the evening we dined here was just overwhelming both for staff and customers. There were too many people and we were so crammed into our table, we could hardly get out of our chairs or move. It was difficult for servers to come by with skewers and there was often a wait for the next cuts to come by. We appreciate the great service but it was really difficult for staff to keep up and wasn’t as nice an experience as usual.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. It was excellent. The food was delicious! Noah and Tyler were amazing servers, very attentive and courteous. Seating was timely for our reservation. We will definitely eat there again.

My wife and I went here while we were out of town and this place was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the food. Our two waiters Elias and Edwin was friendly and extremely helpful. This was both of our first time dining here. We will definitely be back soon.
