   The Sunday Buffet was amazingly good when we tried it as a large family about a year and half ago, and we were all excited to go again - hoping to make this a regular family event. This time, however, the buffet experience was very poor. Most of the "hot" buffet items were cold - and I mean "lower than room temp" cold. For example, the bacon and sausages were very cold. Pancakes and waffles were also cold. Omelet station was good and cooking staff very friendly. Other buffet items were mostly "cold buffet items" that were crowded together, fridge cold and flavourless. They now charge $8-$10 just for juice on top of the $65 per person. This would not be a big deal if the food was great...but you could see the cartons of costco juice piled up in the corner and it was difficult not to feel that the restaurant is suffering from poor management. Asked for refills of coffee and tea....which were provided, but were lukewarm at most. This did not improve after we notified management of the problem. Complaining about the cold and poor quality of the buffet to management resulted in 1 out of 7 of the buffets being reimbursed, which seemed insufficient, because all 7 diners ended up leaving the place after having had a poor experience. Buffet items were also very picked over and "messy". Our prior experience was that this was a classy establishment....and it looks like they really want it to be classy....and they have clearly secured great cooking staff - but they appear to suffer from poor management. It seems as if some untrained and inexperienced "family member" has taken over management duties here and is doing a very poor job. This restaurant could benefit from a consultation from a restaurant management makeover company from the USA that came to Calgary and absolutely fixed all of the restaurants owned by the Concord Croup (ie. Cactus Club and Joey's). I would happily pay more (even $75) for a good experience with great food. Hope it improves

   Overall the food is ok, roast beef is very tasty. The soup is very salty and the mussels has sand in it, not enough dessert. Maybe it’s the festival the quality is not as great as before.

   One of the best brunches and very good value. Lots of seafood, meat, prime rib options and many many other things. Delicious and amazing ambiance.

   Food was very good, although quite small portions. Not many vegetables on the date night board and Mac and cheese wasn’t very warm and was just ok. Both steaks were exceptional. We were dining out to celebrate an event and on the waiters suggestion, we each had a glass of champagne. From the way it was presented we thought it was complementary, but $30 was added to our bill for the bubbly. The experience on a whole was very pricey, but still a fairly good dining experience.

The celebration bubbles were added to the bill for tracking purposes, but they were removed from the bill!    This is a great restaurant to go to right from the start. Parking is easy. The greeters at the front door are informed and friendly. There is a variety of ambiance in the different zones in the restaurant that is pleasing to the senses. The selection of appetizers is adequate and their presentation & flavour started things off right for our group of six. The the main menu selection is excellent. The sommelier, Arjan, really knew his stuff and allowed us to pick several good wines from regions in Canada. Really appreciated that as our guests were from Spain. The main course covered a real variety of items from very simple for the teenagers to very sophisticated for us older ones. That's a really wise decision by the owners/chefs. Everybody was happy and satisfied. It tiks the box on a real wide span of prices and menu items which allows you to go from simple to a big night out. Definitely going back again. Art

   My wife ordered rotisserie chicken and I ordered salmon special. Both are excellent nd we compliment the chef for that. Service and ambience was way above par.
