   Had a great time for a friends birthday. Only complaint is the server wasn’t attentive and kept bumping into my chair.

   Reservation started at 9pm and we got told our table wasn’t ready. Okay fine since they said the 90 min limit doesn’t start until we get seated. We got seated about 20 min later. The next time the server checked in, we ordered food, drinks, and requested waters in the meantime. We probably received our cocktails - no water- about 20 min later. One of our friends doesn’t drink alcohol so she was just sitting waiting for a drink for over 30 min and then finally they bring *one* water when there was three of us at the table. We finally get our food over an hour later with 30 min left on our reservation. No silverware or napkins and the server is nowhere to be found. We went up to ask at the front and they rudely handed us silverware. We ask for waters again. We get brought only *two* waters. By this time, my friend has already finished her first one. We wait probably another 20 min for the check to come and again no server. We ask up at the front again. The server comes and just asks for the card, we haven’t seen a receipt yet. She seemed annoyed that we asked for a receipt but goes and grabs it. Thankfully we did because gratuity is already included! Drinks were okay. Food was again, also just okay. Wouldn’t come back. Also want to say that I’ve been the Miracle pop-up in Denver and THAT was a 10/10 experience and thought that this would be the same.

   Overall it was a good experience. However, the prices are way too high for what you get. That goes for both food and drinks. In addition, the way the “holiday experience” was explained did not meet expectations at all. Basically, it was a roof top experience with Christmas lights and background music. There was no Grinch or any other characters present, which is what we were led to believe would happen. When we inquired, the gal said that only happens on weekends, specifically on Saturdays. Let down for sure.

   We are having a group of guests over the holidays, so we did a a recon run to Floor 13 to check out the Christmas pop up bar. Thought it might be something fun for the group. It's just a bunch of holiday decorations and a small menu of appetizers and overpriced drinks. Glad we checked it out first. While not horrible by any means, we just weren't impressed with what was available, what you got, and what you paid. We frequent many restaurants and lounges in the area and I can tell you there are many other places that will have nice holiday decorations that will make a much better hand crafted cocktail.

   Cocktails were well prepared, chars uteri board was excellent. Great ambiance, however, service needs to be improved!

   Decorations were incredible & it was the perfect cozy, winter wonderland to sit outside and enjoy drinks. Would recommend the hot Jamaican rum for a colder night!

    We had flatbread and Christmas cocktails at the Miracle on Floor 13 pop-up bar. The food and drinks were outstanding, but pricey. The ambience was wonderful - decorated for Christmas and very festive and cozy, right down to the plush blankets our server gave us to use while we dined. Our server, Hilary, was wonderful. We never had to wait for anything. I would definitely recommend this place, with the caveat that the cocktails are $21 each. There is also 18 percent gratuity automatically added to the bill (our server was worth it, but you might not be told up front about the automatic gratuity). There is also a 90-minute time limit on reservations, but our server didn't enforce it or even mention it.
