   I loved the concept of the small plate flight. I ended up creating my own. The food was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the Elk with Truffle Mac & Cheese. The Stuffed Quail was quite delicious as well. The portions were larger than I expected. My friends and I had a great experience.

   Food, service, hostess (Katherine) and server (Maddie) were all awesome. We loved the idea of ordering a suggested or creating one's own tasting plate from the menu. And yes, the desserts were really tasty too.

   Absolutely fabulous. Catered to us the whole time. The chef hand battened fish for our 7 year old who wanted fish and prepared a custom salad not on their menu for her, as well. The food was superb. Filet was off the charts and the prices were so reasonable for how delicious the food tasted. The fried oyster deviled eggs were amazing. They brought out crème brûlée for our daughters who had performed in a dance competition to celebrate their 1st place awards.

   Our first time here and a unique experience. Our server explained the options for ordering then let us ponder the menu for a bit. My companions chose the fish flight and I created my own, choosing something from three categories. Two of us had a wine flight as well. We all thought our food was excellent and the wine was good. Everyone was friendly, professional and our wait staff was excellent. I would highly recommend Flight.
