The Monette family has owned the Flagstaff House since 1971 and holds many prestigious awards including Colorado's longest holding Wine Spectator Grand Award, Forbes Travel Guide Four Star rating and AAA Four Diamond status.     Service was fantastic. Food was amazing. Servers went out of their way to make it an incredible experience. The bartender even created a custom drink for me based off what I liked and it was awesome. Views set such a great tone and the lighting finished it off perfectly for an unforgettable experience.

    We had the chef's tasting and the non-alcoholic pairing was Michelin star rated. One of the most romantic spots in Colorado. Definitely worth the drive.
