    Excellent Sunday roast! Turkey and all the trimmings and beautifully cooked roast beef Attentive waiting staff, very polite and friendly! The Christmas carols were the icing on the cake creating a very glorious afternoon celebrating a retirement! Lovely ambience and a great warm feeling evoked……. Well done The 5 Bells!!!

    This historic pub set in the rolling hills between Ashford and Hythe is a delight. While the menu is very similar pubs in the same Pickled Egg Group the ambience and quality of staff puts it head and shoulders above the rest. While the menu is unadventurous it does deliver good food at reasonable value. Deserves its reputation as one of the best pubs in Kent

    Had a lovely dinner at the Five Bells. Service was great. Kai recommended delicious food and wine. The atmosphere was super cosy and Christmassy. Loved it! 😊

    Absolutely superb in every way. Gorgeous country pub. We had Sunday roast and it was perfect. Staff are so lovely, cannot do enough for you and such good value for money. Highly recommend

    Very friendly staff, good choice of beer & drinks. Good selection of food for both meat & non-meat eaters. Perhaps could have done with a few more vegetables with the roast but food was very tasty.
