   The restaurant is very nice. I love the setting and ambience . However, these are my small observations.. I ordered a salmon fish at $38 which I’m sure was not wild caught but farm raised and it was tasteless and a bit dry. My friend ordered the rib eye which was very pricey at $65 and she didn’t rave about it and the fact that sides are extra is insane and yes I’m aware that’s what steak house are know for !! I was aware of these prices going in but I wanted to support a local business and I place I’d never tried.. finally just a note .. our waitress was attentive and lovely but I think she should not call two women “you guys” .. it’s not really appropriate in such a nice place.. I may or may not return !!

   First time to Fishkill Prime since the change of name. I really liked the place under the prior ownership. It's nicely laid out with good ambiance. Unfortunately, both my wife's and my steak were really very poor. I basically brought 80% of mine home to give to my dog. It is on the expensive side for what it is, but if the steaks were really good then that's OK. On a positive side, my wife said her lobster bisque was really good. Same for my espresso martini and service was also good

   Good Food, But Service Needs Work Our experience had its ups and downs. The meal started off slowly—it took a while for a server to take our drink order, and the wait for drinks was longer than expected. The appetizers were excellent, but table service felt a bit disorganized, with plates not being cleared until the entrees arrived. The steaks were mostly enjoyable, but the porterhouse we ordered was significantly overcooked. Timing was also an issue with the sides, as some arrived with the entrees while others needed a reminder. That said, the staff was sincerely apologetic and did their best to make things right, which we appreciated. While the service could have been smoother, the food was solid overall, and with a bit more attention to detail, this could be a great dining experience.

   we went out for Valentine’s Day. The food was pretty good although expensive. the service was definitely lacking for the price that you were paying. that being said it was Valentine’s Day and very crowded. they did give us free dessert, which was a nice touch.

   I wish the waiters would have visited the table more often with water. They came around once and then never came again. I also had sushi and ate my sushi and then the soy sauce was brought to my table. Otherwise, good value, very good food, service was very good at first but once my order was taken the service lacked.
