   Unfortunately their daily special was the most expensive item on the menu . Price on menu was listed as MP . I failed to ask and was a bit surprised when I received the bill

   Yes, there was a wedding going on upstairs. Very noisy! But that aside, the food was good, not spectacular, and the ambiance is Key Westy. Waitress was personable although hard to understand, I'm guessing Spanish was her first language.

   We had great meals at First Flight and the waiter was wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a wedding there in an outdoor area of the restaurant and the DJ cranked the volume way up, we had to yell at each other for most of the evening as no one could hear above the loud music. Before you go here for dinner, ask if they have any weddings on that date and go some other time.

   The atmosphere was great and the food was incredible. One of the best meals we have had in the last 3 weeks we have been in the Keys. We have found our new favorite restaurant. Delicious.

   Great location, most tables in the courtyard. Hostess was very young, therefore obvious to social interaction and manners. No words spoken, no smile, nada. Our server made up for this introduction with his professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. We ordered the soft pretzel and it was excellent, served with cheese and mustard dips. Not overly salty. Got two different IPA’s , Capt Maverick and a pineapple passion fruit, both excellent. Spouse had the Key Lime margarita, very tasty. Ordered Swordfish and Tempura Lobster, very delicious and filling. No dessert memo here so we had to go elsewhere for desserts. Prices are pretty good for Key West.

    The restaurant was so sensitive to having two small children, and took very good care of us. Jay was outstanding.

    This is a great destination restaurant with a fantastic location and story AND DELICIOUS FOOD! We arrived and were greeted by Rodney - who had a HUGE smile and made certain we were checked in and seated. Our waitperson, Sophia, was very helpful with drinks and selections from the menu. She went above and beyond to help turn off a fan that was blowing right on our table. My husband had the grilled yellow tail snapper, and I had the mahi mahi fish tacos. The main entrees were delicious and the rice, beans and broccolini were prepared perfectly. We saw some great appetizers and desserts delivered to tables around us and wished we had more time to stay for dessert! We definitely will return when we aren't running off to a show so that we can choose a dessert to share! Overall, the outdoor dining, food and the staff made this a very pleasant evening for us! Be sure to make reservations. The restaurant was VERY busy.....but, we are not surprised!
