   Our reservation was honored on time and we were seated upon arrival. They are still trying to figure out how to take an order, get it to the kitchen and get it to the customer in a reasonable amount of time. There were four of us and three of us ordered Caesar salads and one ordered a cheeseburger. Tater tots were also included in our order and they arrived Sometime after the main entrée had come, to the point where my husband was going to say if it’s taking any longer, please keep them. There was no accommodation for us. The manager did come over to our table a couple of times, but it would’ve been nice if they had acted in good faith and perhaps Taken 10% off the bill? It was not our first time there, but it was also not our first time with mediocre service. I’m hoping they can figure all of this out because it is a good local restaurant and I would love to be able to frequent them.

   We’ve been here twice now since they opened. The service is fantastic. We have only tried a few things on the menu so far and mostly everything was good. We got the lobster queso again and it did not disappoint. I recommend it. The homemade chips are seasoned perfectly. The steaks are good quality and cooked well. The salads are fresh. Last time I got a burger and it was delicious. I tried the hot honey chicken sandwich today and was not impressed, but think others would like it. We will definitely be back.

   Love Firebirds. Food is good, service is good, prices are a little high. Just wish it wasn’t as loud. Overall, it’s becoming our go to place!

   From start to finish we had a great time. Went for my husband's birthday. Appetizers of ranch rings and philly cheese steak egg rolls were delicious. The ranch was very good as well. Entrees of prime rib and ribs were also very delicious and cooked to just the way we liked. Our waiter Tyler was very attentive and did a great job of checking in on us but also allowed us to enjoy our meal without a ton of interruption. Overall 5 stars I will definitely be coming back

   We were a table for two and we were crammed so close along a wall-you had no privacy for your conversation. The 7 oz fillet with blue cheese was perfect. The Caesar salad was good-if a bit heavily dressed -but the carrots as a side were superb!

    Excellent food once again. The hostess and wait staff could not of been more friendly and attentive. This was our second visit and both were excellent.
