   Always a good meal at Firebirds. Tried the new grilled cheese and sirloin, so tender and delicious. Edwin, our server was top notch.

   Never again on a Saturday night. Waited about 25 minutes with a reservation made the day before…..no room to wait… doubt we would have been seated at that time if we hadn’t checked on progress. Requested booth not available at that time. Never got the grated Parmesan cheese offered or the requested Old Bay. Food was good but the total experience wasn’t worth it.

   Don't reserve the PRIVATE ROOM, because they will not honor it.

   Firebird is very good. We had reservations, but had to wait 20 minutes. This was disappointing. Another disappointment after an excellent dinner was the waitress presented our check, which was an error. It favored the restaurant. This was sorted out. We've been to this place 6 times without problems. Perhaps this was just a bad night.

   Matthew was an awesome server. The dining room was very loud. We were by the open kitchen, and the fire alarm went off a few times. Drinks were great. My steak was a bit chewy.

   My ribeye was like a salt lick. I mentioned it to the waitress but got little to no response. My wife’s filet was the toughest she has ever gotten. I’ve been going since it opened and never received a meal like this.

   Celebrated my cousin’s birthday as well as my husband’s. The birthday dessert was a nice treat for both of them. I had the three course dinner and thought it a great meal at a reasonable price. Our server, Shannon, was very pleasant very efficient. She was great!

    Had a team dinner here. The food was good and the portions were nice. The restaurant was crowded so the noise level was pretty high.
