   Firebirds has gone down hill. Our birthday celebration dining experience began with being ignored by the staff for the first 10 minutes of sitting down. After finally taking our drink orders, the manager visited the table, apologized for the wait and offered a free appetizer (nice touch). When the appetizer (Philly egg rolls) arrived, the meat/cheese filling was cold. Our group ordered 5 filet mignons (medium) and when they arrived, 4 were under cooked so poorly that they were raw. Two in our group lost their appetite and chose not to eat (including the birthday girl), one sent their steak back to finish cooking, and the fourth (me) powered through. The fifth person enjoyed his steak. The restaurant offered a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl, which she got to go because she was so disgusted by the meal. Some birthday celebration for the person with the birthday - two bites of steak (which she spit out) and three bites of potatoes. The manager did comp one meal. $250 later, we walked away extremely disappointed.

   Food is always good and service prompt and helpful... reservations are hardly ever sat on time

   1st there and the food and service were absolutely amazing ! Would 💯 percent recommend to anyone ! Definitely coming back as a regular!

   This is the second time my wife and I have visited from Los Angeles and ate. Both times we have been so happy with the food and service we have received. My blue cheese filet was amazing and my wife said her sea bass was the best she’s ever had. We’ve eaten at some of the best steak houses in L.A. and the food here matches or surpasses all of them. We need this restaurant in L.A.!

   Our waiter Rob was wonderful in every way possible. I was having lunch with a girlfriend of 50 years. We were there for a long time and he was very attentive!

    Third time to Firebirds. Cheesesteak egg roll appetizer was great. 3 of the 4 main courses were burnt on the bottom making the chicken tougher and the meal much less satisfying. BLT salad was wonderful. Noise level is high. Hard to hear conversation. Service was over the top. Waiter was very attentive and friendly.
