   We were seated close to an extremely loud table of around 12 people. We couldn’t even hear each other talk. When asked if we needed anything I asked to be moved to another table. My request was ignored. When I called Mike the manager he apologized and said they had no way of knowing how a party was going to behave. The table of 12 was there before us and everyone knew how extremely loud they were. We have been loyal customers of Firebirds, but was very unhappy the way we were treated.

   The food was awful. There was no flavor. On my steak it was suppose to be medium rare. It turned out to be rare. The mashed potatoes weren’t even mashed they were hard. My husband plate there was no flavor to the fish. It smelled expired. I will not be returning terrible experience.

   I had the Durango burger, my wife had the Baja shrimp pasta. We both really enjoyed our meal. It was a busy night, but our server Mirakle was always making sure everything was okay, that we had ample bread and drinks before our food got there and was super nice and prompt. We have no complaints, and for a bustling night like Valentine’s Day, we were impressed

   For being Valentine's Day I thought the entire staff did a great job. Service was good, a tad slow but that is to be expected with the amount of tables that were being seated. Our meal was great.
