   We loved celebrating my husband's birthday at Firebird grill! Isaiah did a great job serving, and the food always great! Only complaint was that the dirty dishes and glassware was not cleared before the next serving, and our waters were not refilled. Also, we possibly would have drank more wine but they didn't return to ask. 770082 I don't know if they were short staffed, it was a Sunday at 4:00 and not many guests. We do love Firebird though and lived in Tennessee and dined there often!

   After a 2 hour wait we got our food. The salmon was burned and completely dried up, totally inedible. The manager apologized and only charged us for a glass of wine. Unfortunately, we left there hungry after only having a dinner salad and bread. This was the second terrible experience we’ve had at Firebirds. Never again.

   We had a dinner reservation for 6:15. We got our soups and salads at 7:20. Finally got out meals at 7:45. It was a veterans Day and extremely busy, but something was terribly wrong. We looked over the DR, and no one was eating. It's great to give meals away for Veterans, but this meal was not worth 2+ hours.

   We went for the 1st time to celebrate a birthday. We waited forever for drinks and the waitress didn't know about items on the menu and had to find a manager to answer questions. When our food came out, 3 of the plates were completely wrong, after asking what we had ordered and what was supposed to be on the plates, they took them back to the kitchen. When they came back to the table, the entire plates of food were barley lukewarm. We didn't send it back again, because at this point, we had been there for almost 1.5 hrs and we were hungry. Plus the birthday person (whose plate was the only one correct) was almost done eating. We had to ask for refills on drinks and waited close to 20 minutes to receive them, after asking numerous times. We ordered dessert and for a couple slices of cheesecake and chocolate cake, we waited close to 30 minutes. For a bill of close to $200, the food really wasn't that good. The steak had no flavor and the chicken was very bland. That was our 1st and last time eating there.

   I have Celiac Disease and require gluten-free food that is safe from cross contact in ingredients, surfaces , and utensils during preparation. The manager (forget her name!)came over and explained the protocol for preparing my food. She was very careful making sure that everything was kept safe. I really appreciated the great service provided by the server, manager, and kitchen staff. The food was delicious and it was a real treat to eat out in a restaurant and feel safe while enjoying good service and food!

   I usually do not review but hopefully this helps. We all got the 3 course meals, party of 4. Service was good. Greeters were great, very friendly. The bread was excellent. Our food was cold, chicken was dry. Salmon did not have a good taste but was cooked properly. Steaks were not the best, one needed sent back to be cooked more. Salad and dessert was very good. The bar area is beautiful and had a nice atmosphere. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was busy. I may give it another try but the food was not as good as it was the last few time I was there. Not sure if it wasn't as good this time because they were so busy. I did not complain about my salmon dinner, I am usually reluctant to send my food back. I did finish my salmon. Shrimp that came with salmon was decent. Also, the kitchen area is open to the dining room wich is cool but a bit loud as the chef announced the orders wich was too loud for my husband. I actually didn't notice until my husband started saying that the chef was really loud. It's nice that you can see in the kitchen but it was a bit loud.

   Food was cold, steak, shrimp, baked potatoe, vegetables weren’t cooked and cold, one steak was under cooked, one steak was over cooked. Service was horrible with ordering and drink refills and bringing out the complimentary bread. I’ve eaten at the cranberry twp pa location 3 times before and was always amazing. The manager made it right and comp the check and gave us a gift card, that I will use at the cranberry twp location.

   Not impressed. Third time dining with franchise. First time this location. Felt very cold. Bland. Service was super slow for a 430pm on a Saturday. Took forever to get drinks, apps and food. Cheeseburger spring rolls and lobster queso were the stand outs. I had the garlic steak abs street corn. The steak was good but not worth the price. My husband got the rib special. They were horrible. A dog wouldn’t have eaten then. There was zero meat on them they were burnt and what meat was there was chewy. Our server didn’t come back so husband ate my steak and I ate the apps. Sad for the cost and somewhere that is supposed to wood fired.
