   Family business dinner for potential partner. Excellent experience. My steak was not cooked as ordered and even after it was returned from kitchen was not perfect…. But it was good. And it was returned by the manager which I certainly appreciated. It remains one of our favorite local restaurants.

   It was just an ok experience. The food was just ok for the price. We ordered salmon, chicken, and steak. The server was great but the food was just ok. The bar was slow filling the drinks. I’ve been wanting to go for awhile and it was disappointing.

   It was very cold where we were sitting and the food was not so good this time, only the fries were nice and hot and I like that.

   Food was good. My prime rib had great taste just a tad undercooked. The $39.95 dinner offer with salad, entree, and dessert was a good value. Server Morgan was very engaged and attentive.

   Ashley was our server and she was awesome! Food was great. The clam chowder and the Chilean Sea Bass were phenomenal. Wine Down Mondays are always a plus!

   Katie was not very attentive. However thru the night the manager did make corny jokes and it added to the mood! We sat and waited for refills and for the removal of our plates but she never came. I’m not sure what happened but she finally came back after we were done with dinner. Overall the food was bland and not worth the price. Service was mediocre at best

   The person who answered the phone to take reservations was extremely rude and unprofessional. The food was not good.

   Chloe was the best server! Tomahawk pork chop was outstanding as well as bread and carrots. My husband had the special drink--Honey Bear. It was outstanding!

    I ALWAYS come to firebirds and chose to come here for my birthday dinner. Last night was by far the WORST experience I have ever encountered. The caesar dressing was sour, food was either overcooked or cold, glasses from the bar were dirty, I didn’t get my birthday dessert, etc. Last night put a damper on me ever returning.
