    It sucked. Food took forever to hit the table, and when it did every single thing was wrong. Also took the waitress about 20 minutes to come by our table. Worst firebirds experience ever. And it wasnt even a weekend on a Wednesday night! The best lol

    Food was okay, but not worth the price. The service was very good. The noise level was just from a single large group who drowned out our conversation at our table. The ease of reservation and getting seated was excellent.

    Overall we had a great experience! Getting seated even with a reservation took a bit longer than expected but not too long considering the busyness of the restaurant. There wasn’t an empty table in the place and the service was still great. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We will certainly be back.

    The hostess, our waitress Hannah and the food - everything was absolutely fantastic. My coworkers loved every moment from the time we arrived with the opportunity to have some Christmas fun with trivia games, etc. Whether we come together as a team or individually, we will definitely be back.     Restaurant was not busy at all. The service was very slow and half of the tables food came out while the other 5 peoples sat and waited another 15 minutes. I had to ask the manager where the food was and it was just sitting up a heat lamp waiting on the server to bring it. Food was flavored just okay. Will not recommend for another business dinner again. Too expensive for poor service and lack luster tasting food.

    The service and drinks were good. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium and it was tough and unseasoned. Very disappointing
