   the waiter was the bright spot of our night, we had a large party of 9. She did a good job. The food on the other hand, was edible. Bread was great. Idk if it was a bad cook night but very disappointing. Steaks were overcooked, chicken was dry, backed potatoes were burnt and nothing was seasoned not even the Frys. Biggest disappointment was the metal bits found on a steak from the grill brush. Manager acted as if it was not a big deal “sorry about that probably just from the grill brush” we duh but that’s why you double check your cooking surface. They did comp that meal. Still unacceptable and could cause harm to someone. Also they were out of Sirloin and Prime ribs later on the diner side with a 7:45 reservation but it’s a holiday weekend be prepared better.

   Well they were out of steaks and salmon on Valentine’s Day so was stuck eating chicken tenders and a burger for date night

   The atmosphere was great, and the waitress was attentive and pleasant. My steak could have been warmer. It was on Valentines Day, so they were busy. The first time we visited a couple weeks ago all the food was excellent and at a great temperature.

   We went to Firebirds to celebrate Valentine’s Day. As we checked in for our reservation there was a sign that said happy hour was until 6PM. Since we had a 5:15 reservation we looked forward to the happy hour drink prices. After we were seated our waitress asked if we’d like a drink before dinner. We asked if the martinis were on the happy hour menu. She said yes and took our drink order for 2 lemon drop martinis. Minutes later she came back to tell us that there were no happy hour prices since it was Valentine’s Day and did we still want the drinks. We said yes. My point with this story is if you’re not honoring happy hour prices why have a sign advertising prices. Also the wait staff should have known this before they took our drink order. You can do better Firebirds.

   This was suppose to be a special significant birthday dinner but was Awful! Had to ask for bread. Chicken couldn’t chew, cold filet, with 1 string asparagus, yes 1, salmon cold and awful, burnt Parmesan chicken. Offered to remake they did the Parmesan took another 40 min. Had to ask about anything for birthday.20 min later brought cheesecake The worst meal ever. We were there 5:30-7:45 with 3 small kids. I even came in earlier in the day and purchased 3 gift cards! Should have at least taken 50% off other horrible meals. I have ibs and was up all night with pain. Ruined our birthday planned!!!!

    Fantastic experience! The food was phenomenal. Our waitress was fantastic. The kitchen made revisions to plates for our picky eaters with no issues. The cocktails were amazing! We'll definitely be returning!
