    Great food and great experience!!! Service was excellent and even though our appetizer was late, management more than made up for it and I have nothing negative to say.

    A great place to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. The Ribeyes and Sirloins were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Megan was a friendly and attentive server. We will definitely returning to Firebirds in the future.

    Great staff. Very attentive and courteous. The only thing I noticed was we were celebrating 2 birthdays. One person was 70 and one was 80. There was no piece of cake or anything and I left the information when I made the reservation.

    Service continues to be a struggle here. The food is always good, the service is all over the place. They have some very good servers and others that should find another career path.

    We so enjoyed our experience! The filets were excellent, as was the whole meal. Our server was gracious and very attentive. Love Firebirds!

    Our waiter was excellent and the food amazing!! I had Steak, Ancient Grains and charred carrots. We also had the bread pudding and crème brill cheesecake- sooo good!

    WE had a delightful birthday celebration. Our server was fast and efficient, and the food was good. However, I don't recommend asparagus here. Try the veggies instead.

    Our food was served promptly. All entrees were delicious. Our group of 9 were attended by one server who checked back often to refresh beverages, bring extra condiments, carryout containers, and to go cups. Thank you for another wonderful dining experience.
