   Honestly, this was the worst meal and service I’ve ever experienced at Firebirds. I brought four other colleagues for a business dinner and was very disappointed! My food arrived cold and overcooked, my colleagues were served wrong drinks and other drinks a very long time to be delivered. Also, our server had a spicy attitude. I paid $164 for cold, over cooked food. Never again.

   This was a very special evening for a sweet couple and their engagement and Firebirds staff were over the top making this evening a wonderful experience for all of us in this party. Highly recommend this restaurant for their delicious food and well accommodating staff. A 10 of 10!!! Thank y’all!!!

   Alissa was so friendly and attentive from the start of the meal to the end. She is a definite asset to Firebirds. Dante, the GM was helping where needed and is very energetic in making his restaurant the best. Food was FANTASTIC!

   Always excellent food and the waiters and chefs very attentive to our table and dietary restrictions. One of our favorite restaurants in Greenville.

   Server was not attentive. We had to keep asking for water, coffee…order was not right…hamburger had cheese, ribs had sauce on them instead of on side. We had to continuously flag down server. Not sure if she was the problem or thinly staffed. It was not even a busy period. This is the second time this has happened. Not sure I will go back. Not happy it was my husbands birthday.😩😣

    Cool place for a casual dinner, I would definitely go back for the Philly Eggrolls and a drink at the bar!
