   Today we hit the jackpot! We had Simon and Madeline! They are the best example of customer service orientation and great ambassadors for Firebirds wood! Strongly recommend asking for Madeline as your server! She is outstanding!

   Excellent lunch experience. Amazing salmon BLT sandwich. Angela was very helpful and attentive as our server. Setting is conducive to some privacy and conversation. Return regularly.

   Food was extremely overpriced. Quality of food was not the same. Everything came out was cold. Sent things back and it came out cold again. It was as if the food was prepared early and the sauce was only heated up.

    They are really really bad at reservations. Be prepared to wait at least 30-45 minutes past your reservation time before being seated. I requested the bar area but was given a table in the middle of families with very young kids. Took almost 25 minutes to get a glass of wine after being seated. Our waitress was adorable but clearly trying to handle to many tables at a time. Not sure if I'll bother coming back given the long wait for a reservation (people with no reservation were seated prior to us).
