    Promptly seated. With 530 reservation. Server was good. Management stopped by twice. Bread was great. Food took awhile to come but it was a busy Saturday night. All meals were excellent. All in all a great night out.

    Josh was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. His service was impeccable and the food was everything we had hoped it would be. We will definitely be back.

    I had a wonderful experience at Firebirds. The food was amazing, presentation was pleasant to the eye. The Tomahawk Pork Chop was juicy and seasoned well. The broccoli was bright green and tender. I would definitely order this dish again.

    We go every Christmas and celebrate our friendship, this years server was efficient but not necessarily friendly.

    The appetizers, steaks and majority of the food was excellent. The brownie dessert was subpar and we did not eat more than two bites.  however, the bread pudding and the dolce de Leche cheesecake was very good.
