    Bought a gift card 2 weeks ago and tried to use it and showed A zero balance. Waited 30 minutes to talk to a manager and no one came to the table was told he couldn’t leave the food line

    This location is always my "Go-to" when family or friends inquire about a great lunch or dinner restaurant. They have all been pleased with the service, food, and ambiance. I WILL BE BACK for my 10th visit.

    We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Firebird Wood Fired Grill! There were 7 of us and our service was excellent. It was a little chilly (especially since it started to rain as we came from our car, and it was also early evening so not many people were in the restaurant yet) so definitely recommend bringing a sweater or jacket. Prices are a little high (but maybe not for the area?) but the portions are very generous. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to returning if we are in the area again.

    It took 20 minutes for our server to greet us the deviled eggs were flavorless and our steaks were both cooked improperly both were to be med rare mine was rare and my daughters was well done we gave up. Spoke w the manager who did attempt to make something for us himself unfortunately we were no longer interested in eating there.

    Great meet up with friends. The cocktails were delicious and I love their bread! Everyone enjoyed their entrees. The hot chicken sandwich was delicious. The burgers and the chicken Caesar salad had gotten many compliments too. Will definitely return another time.
