   Excellent as usual. Best prime rib I've had. Only complaint is that happy hour is only in small bar area. You pay for full meals not happy hour appetizers and get punished by not getting drink specials.

   I was disappointed with the service we received at Firebirds this evening. The waitress was not hospitable . When she brought our food to our table some of the food was not warm. She gave me a dessert that was still frozen. I could not even put my fork in it. We were celebrating a birthday. This experience ruined our birthday dinner for sure.

   Both of our meals were prepared incorrectly. It took over 20 minutes to get a new steak. My husband was completely done eating before my steak came back out. It was my birthday dinner and not a good experience.

   Service was impeccable. Waitresss was friendly and accomodating. Always enjoy the food and the bread.

   Horrible service , we are regulars their. I mean it took 35 mins for drinks no bread was offered, and my wife’s salmon was overcooked. 1hr 25mins for food. I’m not used to having service this bad at firebirds!
