    For the first time, my food wasn't perfect. I had the tenderloin salad. Their balsamic vinaigrette, BTW, is the best I've ever had. However, the filet was extremely sub-par. Our waitress offered to speak to the manager, but since this was such an aberration, I declined and said I'll just try it again. My husband loved his hot honey chicken. It was juicy, tender, and delicious.

    We ate at Firebirds in Collegeville tonight. The food preparation was right on. Our server was Cynthia and she was outstanding. We dine at Firebirds at least a couple of times a month and the food and service is always excellent.

    The restaurant did definitely impress. I didn’t think a lot of it but the ambiance was very enjoyable. Food was good. Waitress was nice. A bit over worked, she seemed to be one of two waitresses we found. Honestly it was a bit over priced but i will say for an all around date night (dinner+movie) it definitely did the job. Will go again

    Much, much better experience this time around at Firebirds. We were there earlier in the day this time. Half of us ordered breakfast, and the other half lunch. Everything was delicious. Our server was excellent. Really great experience. We will be back!
