   We love Firebirds and went on Saturday for Valentines Day. Ribeye was good...not great (parmesan mashed were outstanding). My wife had salmon which she said was excellent. Our server (Bri) was EXCELLENT.......can't imagine a more attentive/polite attitude. We both commented what a great job she did. Thank you Firebirds!

   The food was amazing. I did the 3 course meal with the sirloin. The steak was cooked perfectly. The salad was delicious. The baked potato and veggies were also cooked perfectly, neither over cooked. Service was awesome the moment we walked in the door from the host, our server, the managers. It was a wonderful date night for Valentine's Day and we will definitely return.

   Great service for V-Day!! I had the Caesar salad, and grilled salmon with chile sauce and grilled veggies - it was very good! Hubs had the 9 oz filet wrapped in bacon with southwest potatoes and he enjoyed every bite! Server surprised us with a complimentary sample of their raspberry cheesecake - yummy! Great meal and service, plus they seated us immediately with our open table resv!!! Great Valentines Day celebration!!

   We dine here for almost every special occasion. Something was just off here tonight. As nice as the staff was, other things weren’t as usual. The bread wasn’t warm and was a bit crunchy like it had spent too much time in the warmer. Salad was ordered with dressing on the side—came fully dressed (and overly dressed). I couldn’t even finish it. Then it was a long time for entrees to come out. None of our food was hot. Warm, yes, but just warm enough to eat and not make a fuss. Lastly, it was chilly in the restaurant—uncomfortably so. We will go back, because it’s one of our favorite places to go.

    The service was impeccable. We had a large party of 10 and the waiters and managers were extremely attentive. Our table was ready on time and the restaurant was packed. Loved this place and will be back again. 10/10!
