   We had great service, but the food was very lackluster. Had the burrata, crab sliders, and the wedge. The wedge was good! Additionally we were sat by the windows and it was very very cold. My wine pour was laughably small for $12 as well. Overall, probably wouldn’t recommend or go back, unfortunately.

   Took about an hour to get breakfast on a Monday morning after ordering. Pancakes and eggs. Was told it was because of a lot of room service orders which apparently come before people dining in person at tables.

   The Brussels were fantastic. Would order every single time. The $28 Amaro Old Fashioned had almost no taste. Was garnished with a dried orange wheel which also provided no taste. Would not order again. The butternut squash pasta just had chucks of butternut squash mixed with a chitarra pasta and a bland sauce. Would not order again. The server was extremely nice and I would like to have her every visit but she would be even better if she reviewed the dishes and recipes and was able to speak about them - especially at the price of our over $200 / 2 person dinner.

   The environment of this restaurant is very nice, and our server, Ron, was good. The food, however, was extremely disappointing. The streak frites arrived with fries that were unexpectedly coated with something (the menu should clearly state that, as they were not then edible to us due to food allergies) and they were soggy oily (not fried at an appropriate temperature). The meat was overly salted. I could not even eat the salad due to it being absolutely drenched in dressing.

   Our dinner was really good. The orime rib was slightly less tender than exoected and there was no au jus to go with unless that’s what was under the broccolini. Great bread and butter and the Paper Plane cocktails were outstanding. We live dining here and next time will just stay away from the prime rib.

   Food was very good. Restarting looked clean and had a very nice ambience. Our waitress, Maisy, did a great job.

   Fire never disappoints...breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, special-occasion meals. I love bringing people here, and my most recent brunch experience was great. I requested that my omelet be cooked soft, and it was. The hashbrowns were delicious as well. Our waitress (Jess, I believe) was attentive without being intrusive. My only disappointment was the cost of valet parking. I'll get over it.

    Nice view of downtown Denver. We had a table by the window which was Great. Food was very good and atmosphere was very good, also.
