   The food is average at best. We ordered the big pretzel and were informed that they only have individual pieces of pretzels for dipping that night. They were rock solid and were not good at all. Every time the waitstaff came in the snow globe, they left the door wide open. It was -2 out so we were never able to keep the globe warm. A lot of hype and money for a subpar experience. The patio wasn’t even shoveled so we had to walk one ice and snow to get to it.

   Although we dined in the midst of a snowstorm, the snowglobe was a lovely and quiet private dining experience for our anniversary dinner. The food was exceptional as was the service!

   We had a really enjoyable experience at the Snow Globes. We chose the clubhouse location and I’m so glad we did. The menu was much more expansive which allowed us to actually have dinner (and not just sharables/snacks like the Lodge offers). The food was so good. The service was great. It’s wasn’t very busy so maybe our service was elevated because of that. We did go on a Friday, which you’d think would be busier (it wasn’t). We did the 7pm time slot as well so that could be why we had more attention. The globe was plenty warm (the temp outside was probably 30). We brought blankets but didn’t need them. My only 2 gripes were that the overhead heater was fixed more on one side of the globe so those sitting underneath it were much warmer than those on the other side of the table. There was another heater underneath the bench on the opposite side of the heater but it didn’t seem to warm up like the overhead heater did. The other gripe was the cost. For 6 of us it was $364 (2 of us were teens). $61/person seems quite high, but I suppose you’re also paying for experience. Perhaps if we didn’t go with scallops ($34) it could have been less expensive. Overall it was still a fun and memorable experience and the quality of the service and food also made the price easier to accept.

   The food was great and the servers were working their buns off. Severely understaffed but you could barely tell! Very great ambiance and it was very comfortably warm. The cat did make a small appearance which was adorable. We came for a weekend from Chicago and this was by far the best food we had this weekend.

   Loved the wooden globes! Much warmer and nicer than typically plastic igloos. The smores were so fun for the kids! Food and service was excellent. Appreciated the stray cat “James” for making an appearance, as this was the highlight of my children’s experience.

   Very impressed. Granted I was hoping it would be snowing but it was raining an in the mid 40s but they can't control that. We had a reservation for 5 and showed up 20 min early and they got us right in. We had the MASSIVE pretzel and charcuterie board (both are meals themselves) and they were great. I had the scallops and was amazed. Great service great food. Just be mindful of the minimums for the tables.
