   For a Steak house they need a little more experience in making sure the customer is comfortable and not waiting around for the waiter to show up. My recommendation is that the waiter check in from time to time to make sure the customer is happy. There was a disgruntled customer who didn’t want to pay for her meal and the restaurant did a poor job in containing the matter. So the disgruntled customer was loud and it led to the business to focus too much attention on her and going back and forth. Everyone was uncomfortable. Desert: I wanted to order a dessert but my waiter did not bring the menu or ask if I wanted a desert. I had to stop a bus boy to bring me the menu. Then no one came to ask what we wanted to order. At that time i decided i wanted to leave and asked for the check. The restaurant has potential but they need to be able to troubleshoot and think about all customers.

   Ribeye was on the smaller side. Other than that food was good. Server was not very welcoming. Restaurant wasn’t that busy and we were told everything had to be put in at once when we tried to order appetizers. They ended up not putting our appetizers in when we did order everything.

   We drove down from Connecticut to eat in our old neighborhood. We had heard good things about the restaurant and wasn’t disappointed. Four of us shared appetizers, clams oreganata, the bacon and two different salads. They all were spot on. For entrées, I had linguine frutti da mara, delicious. Another entrée was surf and turf, filet mignon and lobster tail cooked two perfection. My vegetarian daughter had quinoa Primavera and loved it. We shared two desserts that were both very good. Drinks were well made. The service was very attentive. We plan to be back soon and to bring close friends.

    My second time at this restaurant it’s a gem in the troggs neck in Bronx. The food was delicious and so was the friendly staff. Enjoyed it very much going back soon
