Food and drinks were good. But vibes were off. Typical hotel restaurant. Food arrived before cocktails. Only one server, seemed like an eternity to stop by our table to take our order in a fairly empty restaurant

The food was decent. Our server wasn’t the greatest. They were out of what we wanted to order. I probably wouldn’t come back.

Went for Easter Brunch where it was $89 per adult. Appetizer course was just salad (advertised as mixes of but there was only one dressing), deviled eggs, and one soup. There was also a raw bar with three options that was routinely out of 1 or 2 of them. The entrees were not hot when they came out. The dessert selection was decent, although food temp was still a problem (room temp crème brûlée). It would have been a good meal at half the price tag, but it absolutely was not worth the cost.

Recently went for Easter Brunch with my family and 93 year old Mother. We had 12:30pm reservations and they had a nice table ready for us. The first and third courses were buffet style. They were already out of shrimp when we arrived. It was on the menu online. They also ran out of desserts before we were done with our main meal. We specifically picked this restaurant for the Creme Brulee and were very disappointed that our server did not inform us that the desserts were getting low. We have been to many brunches at different places and have never had items in the buffet run out. They still had seatings all afternoon. They also charged extra for all drinks. Including regular coffee and ice tea. I can understand alcoholic drinks, but with the cost of $85 per person drinks should be included. The restaurant itself is very nice but I will not return because I'm afraid they will be out of the things I am looking for in a brunch.

Four of us went for Easter Brunch. It was a nice menu with buffet for the beginning, specific orders made from a varied selection of mains and then a lovely dessert buffet. Light on staffing, but the servers were doing the best they could and were always pleasant and helpful. Food was plentiful and quite good. The brisket hash with a poached egg and chimichurri sauce was excellent, although it was a bit "oily" from the sauce. The croque madame was very rich, but worth the splurge. Great day and nice place for an Easter brunch.

We checked in for Easter brunch about 15 minutes early. We were asked to sit just outside the bar while they found us a table. After waiting 40 minutes (past our reservation time) we checked a d they had forgotten about us! Salads were just some lettuce and one dressing, one soup selection. Choice of entrees was about 5 or 6 breakfast items that you could get at any breakfast restaurant. Desserts were so so. Service was bad. Never cleared our plates away from salad to our entree. Had to wave the waiter down every time we needed something, including the check. For the same money, I have had brunches with sake tons of prime rib, ham, pastas etc and a salad bar with multiple salads and cheeses. Very disappointed and would not go again.

My family and I had eaten here for Easter Brunch and there were some technical difficulties between the kitchen and orders being entered so it took a long time to get our food. I had given a negative review because that was how I felt at the time. As we know in life things can go astray and the true test is how do organizations handle it when that happens. This restaurant really cares about their customers, they reached out to me to address what happened and I had a chance to try them again in the Sip and Sunset on the rooftop which was delightful. They continually replaced the charcuterie to make sure all guests were happy. I also had a chance to have dinner in the restaurant. They have a well thought out wine by the glass list that shows they pay attention to details. The food was excellent. The market vegetables were bought a the local farmer’s market and the Cesar salad was one of the best I have ever had, again attention to details. The steak was delicious and plentiful. Again life is not perfect , so the question is what does a restaurant do when a situation arises and Finch and Fork showed me they really care about their customers and reputation. I would recommend going to Finch and Fork because you will enjoy it. I will be back when I am in Santa Barbara again in September.
