Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture. The rest of our menu is reflective of traditional southern italian dishes native to the Campania region. With diverse ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables we strive to offer only the freshest available seasonal dishes. As the seasons change so will our menu.

The small, quaint dining room was designed to resemble an old fashioned Italian osteria. Rich with wood and other earth elements Fiamma is a warm inviting atmosphere. The Italian countryside was inspiration for both the menu and the dining space. While at Fiamma you will be greeted with a smile, and treated like family.

    great atmosphere!! server was nice but service was mediocre. the meal was honestly just ok.. my veal was very tough.. which is normally not even possible.. expresso martinis were fantastic!! totally meh.. probably better for drinks and apps..

    We consistently love Fiamma. Best Italian in this city. Hands down! Homemade pasta. Quality seafood. Authentic pizza dough. Vegetables. Real garlic. Great service. Always 5 stars!

    We went here on a romantic date and had a wonderful time. The service was fantastic, as were the cocktails and the food. It is a cute little Italian place in a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back.

    Soup was super salty - couldn’t eat it. Broccoli rabe was so bitter, also not edible. I think their pizza is best. Other food is not great.

    Our server was very knowledgeable and fun. She helped us pick out a great wine. The food was just delicious. I loved sitting upstairs and people watching from over the railing.

    This was exactly what we were looking for! Fiamma Centro is the closest to authentic Italian pizza as you can get. We recently returned from Naples, Italy and really missed the pizza we fell in love with. Let me say this was exactly what we were hoping for. Great food, service was incredible and it far surpassed expectations.

    Just the best Italian Restaurant anywhere. Super good service in a nice historic building. Don't know why they don't have a a Michelin Star.
