We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

This was our first night out after my husband’s knee surgery, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Food was excellent, service great, and the owner couldn’t have been more solicitous.

I had dinner at Fattoria tonight, and it was outstanding. The service was warm and attentive, making the experience feel special from start to finish. The lasagna was easily the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly layered with a rich marinara, creamy cheese, and a surprising touch of zucchini that added freshness and depth—it was perfection on a plate. For dessert, the tiramisu was light, creamy, and perfectly balanced with espresso and cocoa flavors. Fresh and not overly sweet, it was the ideal way to end the meal. Fattoria nails great food, fantastic service, and a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

We have been waiting to go here for awhile. We were not disappointed! From the warm greeting to when we arrived all the way to the goodbyes and come back and see us! Food was excellent! Service was excellent! We will be back 100%

We had a lovely dinner last night. Great drinks and the food was awesome. Highly recommend the burrata, bolognese, seafood risotto and the duck ravioli.
