We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Great cocktails. Great wine. Love the baratta and Cesar salad. Fabulous spinach and tomato pasta with pesto! And carajillo! Dani is a wonderful server! Lovely atmosphere!

How nice to have a great spot right in Avon with parking, great food and service. We enjoyed burrata, branzino, osso buco and vegan rissotto, all excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of dining at Fattoria last night with my cousin, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from the moment we walked in. We were warmly greeted by the host, who was not only incredibly friendly but also super cool to chat with—his energy immediately set the tone for a great evening. For dinner, we chose the Bolognese and the Osso Buco, and both dishes were nothing short of amazing. The Bolognese was rich, hearty, and perfectly seasoned, while the Osso Buco was tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell a lot of care and expertise goes into the food at Fattoria. Our server, Lily, was fantastic. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had a warm, friendly demeanor that made the experience even more enjoyable. She anticipated our needs and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Fattoria is a gem for anyone who loves incredible Italian food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’m already looking forward to returning soon!

Wonderful evening from start to finish! The bolognese was the best I’ve ever had, and the osso bucco fabulous as well. Josh was the BEST - ask for him!!

Delicious food and breadth of great Italian offerings on the menu. Highly recommend and one of the best Italian in the area. Rabbit pasta and new Osso Buco were fantastic. Wonderful wine list

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Fattoria! The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch, as always. We enjoyed the Rigatoni, Bolognese, and Risotto Mare, each dish with flavor and cooked to perfection. Steve, the owner, was as friendly and welcoming as always, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal and wonderful hospitality!

Second time here and it was amazing! The owner is awesome and took the time to chat with us and our kids. Food is phenomenal, for and app the polenta is a must! We will be back
