   You cannot beat this fabulous restaurant for it’s excellent service and friendly atmosphere. The pizza is sublime and it is a favourite of our entire family.

   The restaurant staff seemed very nice and when we asked about gluten free options they were clear this was only possible if it was a choice rather than an allergy. I am a coeliac so it is essential for me to be gluten free. I checked with the chef and not only do they cook all the pizzas on open shelves in the same oven they also, he told me, use ordinary flour when making the gluten free dough into a pizza so it would definitely be cross contaminated. Sadly this meant they could not cater for me, so we went to another nearby restaurant where they could. I think they should be clear that their pizzas can be made using gluten free dough but that they will not actually be gluten free because of the cooking process.

   We understand how difficult it must be dining out with a serious allergy. We offer non-gluten option as an option for intolerances, and are cautious in letting guests know that we can't guarantee gluten-free as we don't have separate prep kitchens and one of our core ingredients is flour. Our procedures, for clarity: - Both gluten and non-gluten dough is prepared in our central kitchen - made in separate batches, the dough machine thoroughly cleaned between uses - In the pizzerias, all our dough balls are opened into pizzas on the same counters, all using non-gluten rice flour to stop sticking - We only have one oven in each pizzeria. Due to the heat in our ovens we can’t use trays to cook pizzas separately. Please let us know if you need anything else.

   Booked a ground floor table which was offered after a very short wait on a busy Friday evening. Food very good as service was- our only gripe was that the starter arrived with the main courses and I had to ask for the mains to be sent back. Otherwise all was good

   Attentive and great food . Had to wait a while for clear table/ dessert so we had to go to bill. Very warm inside so decided to eat outside which was great

   Lovely food and the service was lovely as we had a baby with us and made it fun for them too. Would go back when child is older as buggy didn’t fit well but other than that lovely experience

   Received a good service, greeted well and speedy efforts made to clear a table for us. Pizza - fresh ingredients and tasty, rocket salad with lemon dressing divine. Parking a nightmare allow extra time if driving

   Value for money inspires a low rating. The amount of toppings on the pizzas has easily reduced by 50% since reopening after Covid. But what really stung during my last visit (04.09.2024) was the increase in price of the soft drinks. The price point remains the same at £3.50 (which is steep to begin with) but the volume has reduced from a 330ml can to 200ml. That’s a cost increase of around 70%, which is indefensible. When I spoke to the waiter about it he gave me a lot of waffle about suppliers. Sort it out, Fatto.

Really sorry you felt like it wasn't good value for money... we work hard to ensure that we can provide the best produce across our menu, and we would ALWAYS want our guests to feel generosity from our side - it's a top priority for us. We genuinely havn't reduced the toppings on the pizzas as a rule of thumb, and I'm really sorry to hear that it felt like it was the case for your pizza.     The best ever Pizza as always! So nice to have a gluten free pizza that actually tastes like a pizza. I would never have pizza anywhere else 🥰
