Fat Burgers and Saucy Chicks are gourmet burgers and great tasting chicken concepts in a a food marketplace setting with quality, choice and speed at its core. With our extensive research, it became clear that the traditional food industry was not meeting the expectation of Millennial and younger customers. The growth of online delivery organisations like Deliveroo and UberEats has radically changed the expectations of customers.

It's our mission is to get these customers back into restaurants, by housing multiple, new, current food brands into one building like a food hall.

We were the only two people in there, the food took a long time to come and it was severely burnt, a dessert took 35 minutes to come (it was just a cookie) and again I was the only table in the restaurant. No body apologised or explained the situation. Our table wasn’t cleared at all. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t really seem to know what she was doing.

Food took a really long time. By the time one of us got the food, everyone else had nearly finished their meal. The tasted ok.
