Welcome to Farm Bar, your neighborhood farm-to-table destination in Ravenswood and Lakeview. We bring the best of Midwestern fare to your plate, using ingredients from our own Brown Dog Farm in Wisconsin. Whether you're here for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch, we’ve got something for everyone.

Enjoy juicy burgers, crispy cheese curds, and fresh seasonal dishes that highlight the bounty of the Midwest, paired with a handcrafted cocktail or a perfectly selected glass of wine.

When the weather’s fine, head upstairs to ARRIBA, our rooftop margarita bar with Latin-inspired snacks and great views.

We're also committed to sustainability with digital menus linked via QR codes at each table.

As of July 1, 2024, The Chicago City Council mandated a steep increase in hourly wages for food service teams. In order to meet this added cost, we've added a voluntary 3% COB fee to our checks. We can remove this fee upon request.

Let’s eat, drink, and connect at Farm Bar and ARRIBA!

Excellent food and cocktails. The owner of the restaurant owns a farm in Wisconsin from which the restaurant sources many ingredients.

The food is very good but some of the sauces on the dishes are overwhelming and too heavy (on the steak and mushroom) or too sweet (on the chicken). Otherwise the salmon, the pot roast were great. But two things would improve the experience. First on the menu, there is recommended wines for the dishes. That’s very nice but when one asks for an alternative (eg something not so dry as a Cabernet for the pot roast), they should be told if it’s going to be significantly higher in price. (Eg $23 per glass instead of $15.50). Second, the bill comes with a 3% Chicago COB Fee which when asked has nothing to do with Chicago fees; it is the restaurant imposing an additional cost to the bill. It me this is misleading and they should just raise their prices if they feel the need to.

Walter, thank you for the honest feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the Salmon and Pot Roast! We will take your feedback back to our team regarding the sauces and the recommended wines. We appreciate your feedback because we always want to improve the guest experience. Thank you for being candid with us! We hope you'll stop by again soon. Cheers, Your Friends at Farmheads

I was looking forward to this farm to table restaurant and we drove to the city to meet our children for a Sunday afternoon brunch on 2/2/24. I got the shakshuka, which I am very familiar with. I am gluten free and asked if they had gluten-free toast available. The server smiled and said of course so I was excited. The base sauce was okay (tomato missing the traditional spice profile)but the poached eggs, the center of the dish, were very undercooked (slime on the inside and a cold yolk). I received an Udis hamburger bun that was toasted. It had the worst aftertaste, metallic like. Restaurants that serve Udis are a clue about how little they understand gluten free. Udis is literally the worst gluten-free brand on the shelf currently. Regardless, I let them know about the bun and they said they would redo it. The server brought the second one out more than 30 minutes after they delivered the dish, after the entire party had eaten. I lost my appetite after attempting to eat raw egg in a cold tomato sauce with a spoon and no bread. When I stated my food was cold and that the bun was no longer needed, the server looked at me with irritation stating "well, it's frozen so it takes some time to prepare". I stared at her speechless and she walked away. When I told the server what had happened and pointed out the raw egg in my dish she said she would notify the manager. The manager never bothered to come over to talk about the issue, and comped our bill a whole $9. They charged me $20 for the dish which I believe is listed on their menu at $17 so I am assuming they upcharged me for a bun that was unedible and returned. So I'm guessing that the manager felt that since I ate one rather raw egg and couldn't finish the other, he would comp the raw egg? There were five of us there and we spent well over $200 for breakfast and cocktails. You would think that this experience was worthy of comping the entree. Not a good way to do business. Keep your comps we won't be back.

Fantastic food. Restaurant Week Brunch did not disappoint? Slow service for some reason as they were not full it was 3pm in the afternoon and was clearing out for the dinner rush=so tables were not all taken by any means. But we had to wait about 25 minutes between entree and dessert course, so maybe a kitchen issue? Unsure but still would return as food was fresh, on point and delicious!

Had so much fun sharing bites from the restaurant week brunch menu and diverse beverage menu. Enjoyed some favorites (shakshuka) and new tastes (sticky toffee dates cake) which won the meal! Been before and will certainly return!
